kāyā approved
A mark you earn, not buy.
When food or training carries the kāyā approved mark, it passed the same test: does it make the three rules easier to live? The mark covers food and non-medical services only. Medical care is never "approved" or certified by Kaya; aligned, licensed practices are presented separately under aligned care, and care decisions always belong to licensed providers.

The four checks
What we look at.
Credentials
licenses and certifications appropriate to the service.
Quality
we visit, we try, we check reviews and references.
Fit
alignment with the philosophy: honest ingredients or honest coaching, no miracle claims, no pressure sales.
