The goal is a stronger, more capable body at a lower weight, and habits that hold after the active phase ends. You work with each partner directly; Kaya curates the combination and the sequence.

Do I need all three components?
The journey works as a system, but you add each piece yourself. Many people start medical plus food, then add the gym in month one.
